Re-Roofing in West Yorkshire
When patching won't hold any more, we strip the old roof back and re-cover it. Covering Leeds, Castleford and Bradford.
When Repairs Stop Making Sense
There comes a point where paying for repairs stops making sense. When tiles, felt and battens are failing across the whole roof, a full re-roof costs less in the long run. In Roundhay, Leeds, we re-roofed a house whose owners had been through repeated failed repairs.
Our re-roofing service involves a complete strip of the existing roof, inspection and repair of the roof structure, replacement of underlay, battens and all the materials above. We work quickly and tidily to keep disruption down; a recent re-roof in Pontefract took four days. We work on everything from Victorian and Edwardian terraces to modern detached homes.
All re-roofing projects are carried out by our own skilled team (not subcontracted), fully insured and backed by our 25-year workmanship guarantee. We service Leeds, Castleford, Bradford and all surrounding West Yorkshire towns.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I need a re-roof rather than repairs?
If your roof is over 20–25 years old, has widespread tile deterioration, failing underlay, or requires repeated repairs, a full re-roof is usually more economical in the long run. We'll give you an honest, unbiased assessment during your free survey.
Can I stay in my home during a re-roof?
Yes, in most cases. We work efficiently to minimise disruption and always ensure temporary weather protection is in place at the end of each working day. We'll discuss the specific logistics of your project at the survey stage.
Will you match the tiles to the original?
We always aim to match as closely as possible. If your house needs period materials such as natural Welsh slate or handmade clay tiles, we'll source the right product. A slight variation can sometimes occur with discontinued products, which we'll flag upfront.
